Hazy to cloudy light amber colour, only thin white head when poured, disappears within seconds. Aroma sweet yeasty and light acidic, dough, caramel, spices (coriander, cloves), floral, citrus. Flavour is light sweet with some bitterness, and spicy and lemony tones. Finish light sweet, slightly bitter and light acidic.

Cloudy reddish black currant colour, small frothy tan head, vanishes quickly, thin layer remains. Fruity sweet cherry aroma, bread, dough, floral hop, citrus, bubblegum. Flavour mild fruity sweet, lightly sour. Mild sweet and sour finish, cherries, just slightly watery. The hedelfinger is a very sweet cherry, in good years it can be plumsized and have a dark red to purple color. In my opinion one of the best cherries around. Luckily the brewers haven’t chosen to make this beer as sweet as the cherry since it would have become a fruit juice. The light sourness in taste and aftertaste makes this beer fresh and light. Very nice fruitbeer.

Hazy golden brown colour, small white head, no lacing. Sweet malty aroma, bread, hint of coriander, herbs. Flavour smooth and mild bittersweet, bit roasty. You don’t taste the 8% alcohol, creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Dry sweetbitter finish, palate a bit roasty.
