Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Sehr dunkel orangebraune Farbe. Geruch süß röstmalzg, viel Kaffee, leicht bitter. Geschmack mild röstmalzg, viel Kaffee, bitter schokoladiger Abgang, nett!

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Chocolate notes. Moderate bitter chocolate flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Trocken herber Antrunk mit Nuancen von Chili. Minimal bitter, Kaffee ist dabei eher wenig vorhanden, auch weil das Bier zu trocken ist. Würzig, mild herb, weich - etwas langweilig. 11/8/8/9//8

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, quite some coffee indeed, but a bit meh somehow. Can’t really put my finger on what it is.

Bottle from Spar. Light golden color with medium white head. Ugly aroma of old malt, corn, cooked vegetable. Taste, malt, bitter hops. OK.

Hefiger, leicht bitterer Antrunk. Etwas bananig, spritzig, rund. Zum Ende herber, süffig, ok. 9/10/9/9/8/9

Pours a clear dark amber color, topped with an average-sized of-white head. Mild malty aroma, caramel, and slightly grassy later on. Sweet malty at the start, caramel present, mild bitterness in the finish, slight grassy feel in teh aftertaste. Not bad, drinkable, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Pours a clear orange-golden color, topped wit ha decent a bit off-white head. Malty aroma, caramel notes, with grassy aroma. Taste starts with some mild sweetness, caramel notes, grassy body with medium hoppy bitterness. Nice, non-offensive, drinkable.

Pours a clear amber color, topped with a relatively small off-white head. Malty aroma, caramel is easily picked up as is some alcohol presence. Taste is sweet and malty, again some caramel and alcohol with some medium bitterness in teh finish. Full and silky, but not exactly what I prefer.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a very decent white frothy head. Mild malty aroma, some grassy notes also present. Taste is slightly on the sweet side and bready at first, followed by grassy hops and mild bitterness in the finish. Crisp and easily drinkable. Basic but still ok.
