Hazy amber-red, almost no head. The aroma is all sweet raspberries and raspberry jam - as simple as that. The taste has the raspberries, but not sweet anymore - slightly tart / fermenting, a little bit of balancing malts. Pleasant nutty fruit seed bitterness / astringency and a touch of alcohol warmth in the finish. Very low carbonation. Not bad, not great. Oh, and not much saison left in it.

Slightly hazy bright gold, small white head. Pretty strong ripe citrus, a little bit glazed, but sugary - just the right balance. Some resins to make it feel fresher. The taste is only slightly fruity and sweet, the malt sweetness is followed by a smooth piney / citrusy bitterness with strong herbal / rosemary notes. It is light, but the carbonation and bitterness a well dialed in to keep the mouth-feel solid enough. A very good hoppy ale, and downright excellent, if you consider the low abv.

Cloudy golden-amber, sticky off-white head. Candied citrus and fresh peel oils. Subtle citrus flesh sweetness and a long, lingering dry and clean alpha bitterness. IPAs are supposed to taste like this.

Slightly hazy dark ruby, pink head. Loads of old sticky dried sour cherries, some booze brings on some cherry liqueur notes. The taste is rather dry, slightly tart with quite a bit of sour cherries, pretty strong cherry pith bitterness, fruit skin astringency and some good warming alcohol. The body is really crisp and easy to drink - seems to not have residual sugars at all. Not bad.

JAN-2020. Batch 2. Hazy dull amber, frothy off-white head. Aroma is light crystal and vague fruity notes, a little stale unfresh fruit, minimal resins. Similar taste - moderate malty sweetness, dull washed out unfresh fruit, light genric spicy bitterness. Feels way too unfresh and tired for a week local IPA. 3,3/5.

SEP-2019. Hazy amber, off-white head with some lacing. Strong citrus, resiny piney aroma, quite a bit of crystal sugars behind. Similar taste - pretty big sticky sweetness upfront, followed bu solid resiny bitterness. Another desert IPA from LBC. Yummy - has Double IPA-esque feel to it, despite the low gravity. Too sweet, though not as sweet as their last beers. 3,7/5.

Hazy amber, small ivory head. Fruity caramel and candied citrus peel - sweet and fresh. The taste follows, - sugary sweet crystal and glazed citrus, pungent green hop bitterness. Brutal.

Hazy amber, ivory head. Strong piney minty hop freshness, mint flavoured lollipops. The taste has a savoury mint lollipop sweetness, as well as big piney bitterness. Soft mouthfeel and carbonation. Would be nice to get a crisper body from a West Coast IPA, tough. Very good.

SEP-2019. Batch 3. Cloudy golden, small white head. Aroma is white loaf, spicy herbs, coriander. The taste is a dry light citrus note with spicy bitterness all over it. Flattish carbonation. Good mouthfeel. Nice. 3,6/5.

JUL-2019. Batch 2. Hazy yellow-straw, creamy white head. Smells of bread / doughy malts, sweet and astringent pale stone fruit and berries, canned pineapple, some brighter sweeter flowery notes, little proper phenolic spice. Sweet and bitter wild herbs later on, making it feel a bit artificially flavoured, done ascorbic acid notes. Light pale stone fruit impression of sweetness, pretty obvious sweet wild herb bitterness, some doughy yeast. Sligtly tannic butterness in the finish. Ok, herbal. 3,4/5.

MAY-2019. Batch 1. Cloudy yellow-gold, small fast diminishing white head. Aroma: orange pulp and peel, some flowery perfume, light spicy notes. Taste: vague fruit and fruit skin astringency, the body is somewhat flat because of the low carbonation, moderate astringent and peppery bitterness. Some yeast. Overall, there's kinda a dull and washed out feel about the flavour of this beer. 3,0/5.

Opaque dark brown, beige head that diminishes to nothing in a few minutes. The aroma has some chocolate and sugars - more so than the base beer, but feels like it was sitting on some kind of vegetables. The taste has vague watered down choclaty sweetness, quite a bit of chili heat on the palate. Oily but flat moouthfeel. Aparta from the heat, the peppers seem to add some vegetable notes to the beer. Overall, sitting on sh... stuff, did not make the base stout better - more like the other way around.

Cloudy bright orange, off-white head. Hint of fruit puree and cooking herbs - coriander leaves, parsley. Very spicy herbal bitterness upfront, walnut skins, mild melon / mango sweetness behind. The coriander leaves are lingering fat into the aftertaste. Smooth body. A good one.
