Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is strongly metallic, with some sweet malts and almost wheaty notes. Citrusfruits also once it gets warmer. Flavour is malty, grainy, hoppy and salty. Some slight berryish hints also. Very mouthdrying. Pleasant Swedish pale lager for once.

Bottled as Ahle Sommarspetz. Copper coloured, small white head. Big spicy aroma with some maltyness. Flavour is juniper and some other spices all the way through. Herbal brew, which almost is something of a mix of a low alco mead meeting sahti and spices. Lovely!

Bottled (BB 09/2006). Golden, a bit hazy color, decent white head. Malty, grassy, slightly barnyardish nose. Malty, good balanced Saaz hops. Not very heavy hopping, but quite tasty pilsener.

Bottled at RBESG-06, GTN. It pours almost black, with a brown head, releasing aromas of mocha, alcohol, hops and fruits. All a bit weak, except for the alcohol. Some sour and citric aromas, with alcohol and coffee-bitterness. Full-bodied, and with a fruity, sour and bitter finish. There’s too much sourness in it, else it is good. (060826)

[At RBESG 2006] A hazy deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy combined with notes of caramel and berries. The flavor is sweet with strong berry notes, combined with notes of malt, light alcohol, and dusty hops. The end is dry and the berry note carries all the way thru.
