Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Grassy, spicy nose. Dry with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Spicy and bready. Very bitter finish. Hoppy, bitter but too clean.

Fat på Zumen. Härlig vägjord och drickvänlig pils med en naturlig honungsliknande sötma, blommig humleprofil och malt som för tankarna till ljust bröd och småkakor. Mjuk munkänsla.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white, lacing head. Nose is citrusy and a little perfumy - clearly dry-hopped. Medium body, fruity, solid imprint of good aroma hops throughout with a hoppy but not extremely bitter finish. Sorachi Ace? 051018
