Lovecraft Weird Brewery - краснодарская крафтовая пивоварня, основанная в 2014 году домашним пивоваром Игорем Трофимовым.
Увлекся домашним пивоварением после посещения Бельгии в 2013 году. В скором времени обратил внимание на такое явление как крафтовое пиво и крафтовая пивная культура в целом, которая к тому моменту только начала проникать в Россию.
Несколько сваренных сортов, среди которых "Червоточина", 13-градусный квадрупель и "Псевдомонархия", 11-градусный барливайн в американском стиле, были с теплотой приняты узким кругом московских любителей интересного пива. Это послужило вдохновением для перехода на новый уровень.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks tomer. Black with a tan head. Nice aroma of roast, chocolate, cocoa, nuts, vegetal note. Sweet-sourish flavor with chocolate, roast, some sour cherries, caramel. Medium-bodied. Decent. Not sure if the sourness is intended though.

Bottle. Ruby bronze color. Aroma: spicy and a little floral hops, hop pellets, grass, wood, strong wine. Taste: slightly sour and caramel, wine, light sweetness, spicy hop.

Bottle. Almost black. Aroma: coffee, burnt barley and caramel malt. Taste: coffee, light sweetness, caramel, creamy.

500ml bottle @ ISKTR. Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of roasty malts, earthy notes, hints of vinegary sourness and off notes. Taste is sour, infected and slightly roasty. Finish is sour and vinegary. Feels off.

Aroma has soy sauce and some citrusy(!) tones. Flavour has tart berry juice, mild chocolate tones and hints of bready malt. Finishes with rather unpleasant vinegar tones. Not my thing.

Draught at Beergeek, many thanks, small creamy head,hazy intense light orange color, musty woody aroma with some light vanila, skunky and spicy notes, spice fruity vanila flavor, very light sourness, light to medium bitterness. A bit strange though quite drinkable.

Black colored, small to medium tan creamy head, very nice lacing. Aroma is of some caramalt, chocolate and cocoa, bit roasted malt and lots of coffee. Taste is medium sweet, bit caramel, strong chocolate and cocoa, coffee, bit milky, dry bitter dark chocolate and coffee finish and very lasting aftertaste. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, creamy. Really lovely stuff! Can’t believe it’s not yet on RB. (on tap, Craft rePUBlic, Moscow)
