Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, mild spicy and some alcohol tones witih some sweet malts. Flavour is spicy, wooden, some sweet fruity and mild tea leaf dry elements to it. Somewhat strange things from Jädraås.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy amber, small head. Husky nose. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of cooked vegetables, some caramel. Leafy hops. Resinous bitter finish.

Ljust bärnstensfärgad med medel till litet skum. Smörig doft med lite kola. Smaken inleds smörig men blir sen humleblommig. En sur underton stör mig allt mer.

[ As Jädraås Jädrajul 2021 ].
ABV: 5.6%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, Xmas spices, clove - cinnamon - cardamom - raisin - coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cinnamon, cardamom, Xmas spices, dark malt, sweet malt, clove. IMO: way to much Xmas spices to me ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220123]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Dark brown, rich firm head. Cinnamon and cardamom strikes hard in the nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Dates and cloves, lots of cardamom, some caramel and butter. Spiced to oblivion, leaving precious little of the base beer. Low bitterness.
