Description

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of baked pumpkins, malt, and hops, with subtle touches of caramel. Complex, sourish flavour of pumpkin, enriched by regular hoppy notes and toyches of malt and fruit. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with a pleasant sourish note. A very good pumpkin ale from Poland!

Bottle. Brown colour, small white head. Aroma is resin, caramel, a bit floral, alcohol well hidden. Sweet, with medium but a bit rough bitterness. Full body, cloying, average carbonation - not very drinkable. Disappointing. Rating from December 2013: 7/4/6/3/15 Draught. Aroma: honey, intensive peach, after warming resin, after further warming alcohol. Dark amber colour. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. Interesting combination.

Bottle. A dense, two-finger off-white head sits on top of a clear, dark golden body. The aroma is peachy and lightly piney, with a citrusy touch and some pale malts. The flavor has a fine bitterness to keep the citrus and peaches company, pushing the maltyness to the back. It’s full-bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Some metallic hints in the else bitter and fruity finish. A pleasant one indeed, good to see Poland is finding its way out of lagerland. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a hint of citrus, and some dusty notes. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with citrus hops, and quite a bitter finish
