Jest nas trzech i kochamy piwo. Może to i banał ale równocześnie prawda. Gdy nadarzyła się okazja do przeniesienia naszej piwnej pasji na wyższy poziom, nie wahaliśmy się ani chwili.
Tak na początku 2012 roku powstał AleBrowar, nowa inicjatywa kontraktowana polskim rynku. Na razie nie mamy kadzi, fermentatorów czy linii rozlewu – mamy za to chęci i umiejętności, które pozwoliły stworzyć niepowtarzalne piwa. Może zabrzmi to trochę górnolotnie ale w tym przedsięwzięciu nie brakuje także misji. AleBrowar ma być częścią rewolucji, która zmieni oblicze piwnej sceny w naszym kraju.
Żyjemy w ciekawych czasach, czas na ciekawe piwa.

Bottle 500ml @ fonefan
Pours clear dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, chocolate, oats and hint of lactose. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Rasmus40. Pours brown with an orange hue and a creamy beige head. Sweet vanillaish roast aroma. Medium body, sweet roast and hardly any bitterness. Clearly with lactoses. 160213

Bottle. A clear one, brown in color and with a beige head of moderate size. The aroma is toffee-ish and bready with some dried fruits. Toffee, bread and a roasted touch of prunes in the flavor. Some roasted malts. Medium body, quite dry, with plasant carbonation. There’s a little bitterness in the very end. A quite decent beer, but a bit one dimensional I think. 130216

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours dark brown with a small head. Vague roast, caramel and cold coffee. Medium bodied. Ok.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a deep amber to orange glare and a small off white head. Aroma is light spiced annis seed and toasted malty. Mild citric hardroasted. Bitter and dry finish.

Świetne polskie piwo. Żadko pijam ten gatunek ale to dla mnie wyśmienity smak. Piwo ma bogaty wielosmakowy smak. Piana mocna i gęsta, Smak pełny gożki i wytrawny. Chmiele amerykańskie wyraźnie zaznaczone. Finisz wytrawny. Kolor czarny i nie przepuszcza światła. Jedno z lepszych ciemnych polskich piw jakie piłem. Najlepsze i chyba jedyne w Polsce piwo z gatunku Black IPA. Polecam

Tap @ YNWA, Kolding. Hazy dark reddish amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - peach. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 090213

Bottle, 6.2%. Fruity and roasted aroma, seems a bit spicy. Cloudy, muddy dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is sweet and spicy with some vanilla. Tastes like cocoa powder. Roasted papery note, but good. A bit of a mess of spices, but not so bad afterall.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with airy off-white head. Sweetish aroma of malt, caramel and spices. Sweet taste of malt and raisins with some nutty notes. A little watery mouthfeel and a little to much chocolate (parfume?) in the finish.
