Part of a number of solo cans that I picked up at the store in Canyon Village in Yellowstone. I tend to not like Citra-only beers, but this was pleasant in all respects.

Can from The Davis Food Co-op. Pours clear, bright copper with a decent foamy white head. Aroma started with mango, but jalapeno quickly took charge. Heat thru the sinuses and into the throat! Med body. A bit fruity mango followed by jalapeno heat. Some bitterness. Chili sticks to mouth tissues in a moderate, pleasing way. Bet it would be great with a hot dog.

Can split at the L6 Tasting, thanks to Fergus, 20/11/19. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is peanut butter spread, chocolate, charr, light spice. Taste comprises sweet malts, chocolate biscuit, peanut butter, toffee crisp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough PNB affair.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brown/black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla. Plus something like fruit in a small way? Med plus body. Very smooth. Flavor is vanilla, dark chocolate and dark/toasty malt. Not dry, but not sticky. Bitter, possibly from chocolate malt? From cookies? A pleasing flavor, overall.
