Trockener, schnell sauer werdender Beginn von Äpfeln, natprlich, süffig. Nun konstant säuerlich, die Fruchtnoten wandern in den Hintergrund, spritzig. Langer saurer Abgang, etwas grüner Apfel, Holz. Nichts für den klassischen Trinker von Frankfurter Apfelwein. 9/11/11/9/9/10
