1 l bottle bought at the brewery. Murky dark copper in the glass, huge off white head. Malt with low smoke on the nose. Taste starts mid smokey with some ham and surprising citrus sweetness. High carbonated. Not a real smoked, but that wasn´t the aim.

Very big thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that rarity! Bottle looks really, really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, huge head. Somehow I exspected this beer to be dark, since almost all eisbocks I know are dark beers. However. The beer has a malty-spicy aroma. Starts quite strong, but the 9% ABV are well hidden. The beer is spicy, some woody notes, also hints of butter cookies. Oily-sweetish notes. Finsih well balanced, still not too intense alcoholic. Unbelievable drinkable for its strength. This is an awesome beer!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really, really good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, nice head. Malty-smokey aroma. Starts malty, dry, spicy, hints of caramel. More and more smokey notes, but not too intense. Woody-spicy-smokey, well balanced. Finish spicy-smokey, dry aftertaste. Nice one!

1Liter bottle at New Year’s Eve. Unclear pale golden in the glass, one finger off white head. Hopy and some eggs in the nose. Taste is sweet grainy and malty, present hope, but not overdosed bitterness. High carbonated. Okay.

1 l bottle shared with Kristall-König. Unclear pale orange with a small head in the glass. Something between vegetable soup and pumpkin ale on the nose. Taste starts medical, herbal. Some malt. Mid carbonated. Expected something totally different.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts not too strong, intense malty-spicy. Some grasy notes. Light sweetness. Fruity hints of peaches. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Quite drinkable for its strength.

1 l bottle bought at the brewery. Unclear dark red brown in the glass, more than one finger light beige head. Fresh fruity and hopy on the nose, less the expected dark malt. Taste starts more in a smooth way. Toasted malt, hopy with some citrus, grain bedding. Long lasting fresh taste. Really easy to drink and quaffable but not watery. I really enjoyed it!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Aroma like medicine. Starts milder than exspected, not as intense spicy as I thought. Fine malty, modest dry, hoppy notes, mild sweetness. More and more herbal notes, spicy, notes of some spices and herbs. Quite grasy. Interesting beer.
