Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy deep golden with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is subtle and tiny fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, dry soil, lemon peal and hints of butter. Taste is bitter and salty with crackers, grapefruit juice, pine needles, grass, lemon peal, dry soil, butter and hints of frozen green peas. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, pine needles, grass, dry soil, lemon peal and butter. Unclean... Also not sure why it’s listed as a saison.
