Our flagship Mason Ale Works production brewery opened in 2017 at our San Marcos Urge Common House Location. Here JJ “Sweet Meat” Jimenez, our Director of Brewing Operations, helms the wheel. All of our can releases like our popular Jambi West Coast IPA and Respeto Mexican Lager are brewed and canned in these four walls. We also crank out an extensive line-up of one-off releases out of here.

Hazy light tan, with not much head. The nose is full of brett and barrel, and on the palate is really has a nice fruity brett C character. Nice balance.

Pour is a slightly hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is a decent wet doughy malt with some bittering hops. Flavor is a nice mellow cracker and dry malt. I also get a nice herbal Euro hop. Pretty clean and refreshing hopped up pilsner.

12oz can via trade, thanks Arturo ... @ Sebletitje pre-Bxl Beerfest evening. No BB.

Hazy golden with a white head - Some citrus hop aroma - Malt body to support a hop flavour that has citrus - The citrus flavour goes into the finish that goes fruity dry - This was good

12oz can pours with a pours with a slightly hazy copper body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up boozy citrus, faint bread and little else. The hops are citrus in nature. The taste delivers tangelo, cantaloupe and booze. It's pretty smooth with a blend of thin bitter citrus hops, sweet citrus candy and then thin soft booze soaked tropical fruitiness. Nice sipper.
