Description

We started a Brewery as a means to contribute to a truly artisan craft. We believe in friendship before finance and are happy to help others in this industry as we have been helped by those who came before us. We are bold believers in the fact that a well made beer can cool your spirit and warm your soul.

Our flagship Mason Ale Works production brewery opened in 2017 at our San Marcos Urge Common House Location. Here JJ “Sweet Meat” Jimenez, our Director of Brewing Operations, helms the wheel. All of our can releases like our popular Jambi West Coast IPA and Respeto Mexican Lager are brewed and canned in these four walls. We also crank out an extensive line-up of one-off releases out of here.

Draft - Cocholate and dark coffee roast. Jet black with a decent beige head. Dark roast and coffee with a light bitter finish.

Draft - Soured grains and sweat. Clear pale orange. Light tart orange and pale grains.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is big coffee chocolate some vanilla and chocolate. Tatse is more of the nice coffee chocolate.

Draft - Nice grains. Clear gold with a small white head. Nice grains with a nice dry finish. Solid.

On tap at the brewery pours a crisp copper topped with a sand head. Nose is pine citrus and grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pine hops.
