A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of straw - and so is the flavor, though the flavor includes hints of lemon. The body is thin.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden with a white head. Malty nose. Malty body with the typical non-alcohol notes of sweet, soggy cardboard. Not pleasant. 041105

(Bottle 50 cl) Neat pilsener golden colour with a tall head. Marked hoppy character leaving both aroma and bitterness. Classic German indeed. 300701

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful fully golden colour - almost orange - with a fine but collapsing head. Medium body with a decent hop bite in the finish. Looks promises more than the flavour delivers. 160601

Can. Pale body and a very strong head. Quite a dry aroma as per a nice pils, and a nice very dry flavour, witha hint of sweetness at the end. A beer that is better than I was expecting.

(Can 50 cl) It’s usually Alt-bier that the Germans mix with cola, but this time the mix is of light lager -"Vollbier" - and cola. The color is almost chestnut with a tall, tight and creamy head. Slight hint of iron and this unusual clash between sweet and bitter. But quite drinkable. 070903

A light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet and primarily of lemon, but also with notes of malt. The flavor is sweet, slightly lemony, and with a dry end.

Light amber beer with a European lager malty aroma. The flavour is very light , watery and bitter with a tangy finish. Overall a reasonable European lager.
