(Draught at Svijanský Rytír, Prague, 22 July 2008) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, grainy nose with notes of toffee, caramel and slightly spicy, floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with toffee, caramel and slightly toasty, fruity hints. Bittersweet finish with floral, grassy hops. Perfect balance. Lovely pilsener!

(Draught at Baracnika Rychta, Prague, 20 July 2008) Golden yellow colour with foamy, white head. Malty, floral nose with notes of grass and hay. Malty, bready, clean taste with some sweetness, hints of vanilla and a short, grassy bitterness in the finish. Clean and decent pilsener.

Canned(500ml). –Pale golden coloured, small soapy white head, light bready, cereals and grainy nose. Simple bohemian pils. Malty, grainy, fresh hoppy and light bready with low carbonation and mild bitterness in the finish. Better than Kniže.

Bottled(500ml). –Golden coloured, medium sized white haed that went away slowly, dusty hoppy and faint fruity nose. Sweet malty, hoppy and bready with bitter sweet finish. Also touch of green apple in the finish. One-dimensional beer.

Bottled(500ml). –Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, strong cereal nose. Weak malty, hoppy and grassy aroma with notes of cereals and odd bitter green apple like finish. Good flavor but unfortunately watery palate.

Bottled (BB 11/2008)
Golden color, small white head. Sweet brewing mash aroma. Very watery, cardboardish flavor. Another crappy nonalko.

Bottle, also purchased at the Hypernova I think. Golden body, lovely carbnonation. Small white head that took its time to go away. Light, ok nose, fruity maltiness, some dusty hop. Sweet malty taste, light...nougat? hm. Very light hop in the background. Some fruitiness..apple? Ok nuff.

Got it at Hypernova in Plzen I think. Pale golden body, small-medium thick white head that went away fast. Very dusty hoppy nose, grain, alcohol. Dusty hop in the taste as well, appley. The maltiness wasn’t all that quality giving notes of alcohol too. Weak bitterness. Not my type but got better as I drank it (wow this makes sense).

0.5 l bottle Doggythedog brought from Plzen, thanks a lot! Poured golden body, bit darker than Maj, with smaller-medium white head. Aroma is honey malty, with more hops than Maj, but quite similar. Flavor reminds it as well, but this is much better as it has more body and finer bitterness. Honey, bread, herbal notes, all this can be found here. Quite low carbonation. Finish is more bitter than sweet. Bottle says it’s not pasteurized, but I didn’t feel that at all. Anyway, not bad beer at all.
