On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma smells like a forest, with lots of spruce, spice pine needles, and some bourbon. Flavour is full of sweet toffee, intense spruce, and bourbon — no real hops though. Whatever this is, it somehow works very well.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is intense, with rich bourbon, port barrel, dark sugar, and some roast. Flavour is extremely rich, with intense bourbon barrels, some port, dark sugars, port barrels, and oaky wood. Extremely rich, complex and elegant despite how hot it is.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Sticky resins and sweet caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has very bitter resins and sticky malts. Very harsh, I'm not a huge fan.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours nearly black with a beige head. Tons of intense bourbon barrels, burnt dark sugars, and burnt cacao on the nose. Flavour has deep roasted malts, dark cacao, burnt sugars, and bourbon barrels. Ridiculously intense and works very well.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a beige head. Aroma is dominated by rose petals, with some pleasant toffee and bready malt. Flavour somehow works well too, with intense rose petals, moderate sweetness, and some toffee. Like a rose petal hop liqueur-infused barley wine. This works.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of forest-like notes—almost like a sahti or a spruce beer—with bready malt underneath. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of liqueur-like notes, spruce, branches, and maybe some hop essence underneath. This should not work but it does.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black, no head. Aroma has pungent rum barrels, booze, maybe some cocoa, maybe some of the orange peels. Flavour sure is concentrated, with intense rum barrels, orange peels, dark sugar, and cocoa. Syrupy and intense but balanced and wonderfully freeze-distilled. Lovely.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of big boozy wood barrel, gentle port, iodine, and sticky sugars. Flavour is full of boozy wood, iodine, soy sauce, and light port. Very boozy but somehow it works alright.
