On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear deep gold. Pine, woody spruce, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has chewy toffee, thick resins, pine, and bourbon. I don't understand how this works so well.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a beige head. Aroma is dominated by rose petals, with some pleasant toffee and bready malt. Flavour somehow works well too, with intense rose petals, moderate sweetness, and some toffee. Like a rose petal hop liqueur-infused barley wine. This works.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of forest-like notes—almost like a sahti or a spruce beer—with bready malt underneath. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of liqueur-like notes, spruce, branches, and maybe some hop essence underneath. This should not work but it does.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black, no head. Aroma has pungent rum barrels, booze, maybe some cocoa, maybe some of the orange peels. Flavour sure is concentrated, with intense rum barrels, orange peels, dark sugar, and cocoa. Syrupy and intense but balanced and wonderfully freeze-distilled. Lovely.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of big boozy wood barrel, gentle port, iodine, and sticky sugars. Flavour is full of boozy wood, iodine, soy sauce, and light port. Very boozy but somehow it works alright.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown, no head. Nose is full of peated whiskey barrel, booze, and fermented out dark sugars hiding under the barrel. Flavour is rich, with intense peated whiskey, light sweetness, and iodine. Rich, peaty, barrely, boozy deliciousness. This works.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black, no head. Aroma is full of intense chocolatey fudge goodness, booze, bourbon, and dark sugar. Flavour is super rich, with intense chocolate fudge, huge bourbon, tons of booze. It actually works even though it’s unnecessarily boozy. Very good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours nearly black with a tan head. Tons of bourbon barrel, roasted malts, and dark sugars on the nose. Flavour has toasted bread, burnt brown sugars, and charred bourbon barrels. This is excellent.
