Bottle @ What the Funk, October 2014, Denver. Pours a darkish red orange appearance with a light brown head. Chewy caramel, some wood / tannins, apricots / peaches, and light sweetness. Somewhat sour. Interesting but not as good as some of their other releases.

Bottle @ What the Funk, October 2014, Denver. Pours a hazy orange appearance with an off white head. Plenty of cheese, lacto, yogurt, and funk. I got a hint of metal but the beer was otherwise nice. Moderately sour. Funk, cobweb, and basement notes. Kind of chill. Maybe a partial blend of what what used in Colorambic?

Bottle @ What the Funk, October 2014, Denver. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange appearance with a cream colored head. A little bit of wood and leather but otherwise, a delicious tart cherry flavor. Nice wild cherry taste. Moderately tart and a bit funky. Chill brew.

Bottle @ What the Funk, October 2014, Denver. Pours a somewhat cloudy yellow orange appearance with a thin white head. Obviously, tons of peach and apricot notes along with some yogurt, lacto, cheese, and lots of funk. Moderately sour. Not too sweet. Pretty tasty but I’d take normal Colorambic over this. Great beer nonetheless.
