(bottle) Clear, chestnut brown colour with a mid-sized foamy off-white head. Medium-sweet toasted malt aroma, slightly nutty with caramel and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light body with a smooth carbonation. Balanced toast-malty taste with light notes of caramel and herbal hops; dryish, moderately bitter and nutty finish with a light hoppy note.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a firm foamy white medium-sized head. Slightly sweet and grainy malt aroma with a hoppy touch and faint grassy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Malt-accented, slightly grainy taste with herbal notes; moderately dry, soft malty and light bitter finish. Clean and pleasant Export.

(bottle, bought at Michelstadt) Typical Pilsener appearance with a clear, pale golden colour ans a firm and fluffy, slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet malty, grainy aroma with a tinge of honey and light herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, grainy, slightly honeyish taste, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel; medium-dry, slightly sweet and bitter, light hoppy finish. Decent brew, which has some qualities of a Helles.
