12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of bright citrus, salt, wheat. The taste is salt, wheat, citrus. Medium bodied, high carbonation, mildly tart, refreshing and quite drinkable. Solid beer.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 3. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a white head. Nice, tasty. Fairly delicate. Light wheat dough character, a bit of grassy bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Clean finish with mild Belgian yeast expression, further grassy notes, mellow doughy sweetness. Very nice.
