On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lime, salt, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is full of citrus, lactic acid, gentle salt, and a subtle tequila character. Citrusy, lactic and coriander in the finish. Well-balanced and well-constructed. Very good.

On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a cloudy hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of yuzu, tart citrus and a touch of lacto. Flavour is very subtle, with lots of tart citrus, sweet citrus, and lacto. Yogurty, citrusy and sweet. Not bad.

16oz can. Not wild about the aroma, but the flavor is fantastic. Crackery, clean malt tones. Smooth sweetness. Awesome lagering. Really good beer.

250ml bottle. Awesome real blackberry tone, but overall this one is a little eaten up, displaying some of those undesirable qualities or over aging, oversouring ect at first at least...but grew on me pretty quick, just a better executed product than most of its peers. A little winey. Not my favorite, but still pretty good.

16oz can. Light to medium bodied, a little thin. Not unlike a Zwickel, but a little more depth, wheat tone ect. Ends up sort of like a Weizen. OK.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart berry with a bit of light lemon and flora coming through. Flavor has a bit of funk, tart citrus, lemon and a hint of berry.

16oz can. Another awesome beer from Off Color. Perfect body Vienna, and then the natural maple syrup tone. Normally I wouldn't be hyped about a maple syrup addition in anything, but you know Off Color does it natural and right, none of that cheap flavoring style action. I want to drink 6 of these. Excellent beer.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a clear deep amber with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a rich bready grain with a bit of roast and light chocolate underlying. Flavor has a crisp and rich bread with a bit of grain and straw supporting.

Aroma has some bright berry and tropical fruits with a bit of funk and rum underlying. Flavor has light berry and slightly tart tropical fruit with a bit of rum and some sweet grains underlying.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a pillowy white head. Aroma is I guess deangonfruit, coriander and a bit of tartness. Flavor is dragonfruit and bit of tartness from the blood orange and some coriander to make sure this is a wit. I quite enjoyed this. This took and average wit and spruced it up with flavorful adjuncts.
