Had this on tap at Hollywood Gardens in Rochy, nice place, thanks Frank; nice eye candy, too! . Started off clear pale. Barely any fruit aroma but its hidden in there. Taste is not alky forward nor sweet, nice balance. You'd never know it was 7%. Easy & fresh, I'm liking this. Decent civilized concoction. Goes down way too easy, I'm serious! Quite enjoyable, liking the session. Not too much sugar to alarm me, thanks. Pretty good experience!

Bottle purchased at a restaurant in Bmore. It is nice that they tried. Everything about this says maybe they will do it well. Good try but no cigar. Close to an actual wild, funky version of cider that I like. But too much dull and sweet cider. and a one-dimensional wild character. Maybe the apples? Maybe needs better bugs? Who knows.
