Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a medium sized dark brown head that left great lacing. The aroma was roasty malts, chocolate, anise and floral hops. The flavor was roasty malts, a hint of red meat, chocolate, anise, a bit of dark fruit, light vanilla and floral hops. Very long finish. Full bodied.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel brown color with a small foamy white head. The aroma was tangy and sweet with a candied fruit element. The flavor was caramel, molasses, cherry, bread dough and candied fruit. Long finish with some booziness coming through. Medium body.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow gold color with a medium sized soapy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was banana, clove and a touch of citrus. The flavor was tangy and fruity with yeast, banana, clove, phenol and citrus. Medium length finish. Medium body.

750ml from brewery. Bought it bc it was on sale. It's a simple cider, as advertised semi-dry. It's a plain drink from a simple brewery. A little mineral. A bit more red apple not tart with a perfect semi dry balance. Lacks character but hits it's mark.
