Say it with me: Try-Citrus-Skel-e-on. Super pale, baelynpqat clear water. Aroma is herbal citrus and only mildly sweet for mead. Flavor isnougtly sweet with sweet orange. It’s very citrus mead, more than anything else. A little like sweat citrus tea.

Draft at source. Like dirty water looking. Smells like white grape white wine. Then juniper, light, and hay. Some sweetness accentuates the mead. Light carbonation helps cut through a much drier than expected mead. Light sweet and mineral with fruit essence flavor. Pretty awesome combo.

Draft at source. Light haze and very pale. Love the smoke on the nose. Campfire and some burnt tire. Hiding any fruit. Flavor has just the right amount of sweetness to pair with alcohol and a light pineapple finish. May be the funnest of all on tap.

Draft at source. Clear pale macro gold. Aroma is so much like Soviet era herbal medicine. My association is very poor. Smells like Soviet era hospital death. Sweetness in flavor helps but I hate something about this.

Draft at source. A faint havre compared to regular. Lots of fruits with pineapple dominating. Flavor is sweet but fruit sweet and not very sugar sweet. I like it a lot.

Draft at source. Completely clear and very pale. The driest of 8 on tap. Aroma is strong with herbal notes from honey. Flavor is lightly sweet with a light body for mead. Light carbonation, apparently from keg pushing. I like the lack of sweetness but the floral and herbal is a bit too much.

Draft at source. Completely clear copper color. Very strong and full-of-stuff aroma. Alcohol, herbal medicine, apple, and maybe medicine. Glxbor is similarly medicine apple and like. Apparently it’s like a Moscow mule but I have no idea what that tastes like. To much herbal medicine.

Looks like lemon aide. Smell is a little volatile. Whew. Leathery sweet brew. Leathery sweet and alky in nature. Quite an impression. Not sure what to think about this stuff. Is it really a mead? Could be a whisky well drink.

Wew, coffee nose is in yer face. Taste initially has some pepper in there. Sweetened coffee is the taste f the day. Pale & clear is the color. Quite interesting and fun. For a coffee brew, this is well balanced and friendly. Good stuff. First coffee mead I ever tasted.

Nice lacing. Barely any co2. Tasty beer mead combo. Sweeter. Honey is quite apparent. Not bad. Actually a little refreshing. Curious if this is what braggot actually tastes like.
