Keg @ Birreria, St Gallen, after a trip to the Beer Bottle Museum. Only mildly hazy golden with a thick head. Clean tasting smoothish too. Fair effort.

150ml can [courtesy of Chris - thanks a lot!]. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, minimally strawy, pale malty and slightly yeasty, fruity aroma, hints of protein, a touch of apricot, quince. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity, diluted hints of apricot, protein. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, mild, light and watery, profits from non-filtration - unspectacular but not bad.

(Bottle) Pours clear bright red with big pale pink head. Strong aroma of raspberries, fresh and cooked. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation giving a satisfying mouthfeel. Slightly sour with strong raspberry flavour. Some candy notes. Very nice - especially for someone who likes raspberries. Not very sour and not very beery.
