clear darker golden colour (definitely nt amber, though), large, dense creamy slightly yellowish off-white head; aroma of malted grains, rye bread with roasted sunflower seeds, some apple and herbal notes; taste of a malty lager with toasted rye bready, slight syrupy and canned pear/apple, as well as roasted nutty notes;not bad

Clear golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of grains, some yeasty and wet bready , as well as metallic notes; taste of a typical lager with some breadcrust, wet cardboard an metallic notes; ok, it is definitely NOT an amber lager; it is a regular pale lager

Aus der Flasche im 2014-06 getrunken. Ein leichtes, gut trinkbares Blondes mit einer leichten Süsse. Ob dieses Bier unbedingt nur in Vollmondnächten gebraut werden muß, um zu diesen Ergebnis zu kommen, ist für mich fraglich.
