Very fine, dense, just yellowish tinted medium head over lively carbonated clear golden beer. Herbal-malty nose, fine garden herbs and dryish malts. Dry -herb, pilsnermalt but without real sweetness, seems very attenuated. Even some hints at hops in the finish, if a tad metallic. Empty palate, not much going on except for the malts lingering on and a hefty carbonation. Not very exciting, but all the same a lot better than your average Be Industrial pilsner. Herzlich danke, Cornelia!
