bottle from the brewery’s stall at Strasbourg Christmas market. Amber-brown colour with a large and creamy off-white head. Grainy malty start, some nuts and yeasty fruity accents, shy hoppy finish. Hints of chocolate.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy amber with very fine sediment and small white head. Clear aroma of perfume and fruit, with notes of malt and yeast. Mildly bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of soap, Wunderbaum, and some other ingredients I have no wish to discover. Bitterish and perfumed aftertaste. Absolutely charming. I simply cannot imagine that any decent lady would appreciate it.

Bottle. Clear brown with long lasting off white head. Some dried red fruits and caramel, strong herbal finish with some unripe fruits. Quite dry with watery feel. Not very good.

Bottle. Quite hazy golden with small white head. Cloves, some banana, dough, light malts and nuts. Lemon zest. Light sweet with yeasty bitter finish. Slight creamy mouthfeel. Maybe a bit too much yeast, but overall not bad, almost like a weizen.

Bottle. Amber with small white head. Sweet malts, spices with cinnamon and some cloves, brown sugar and lots of yeast. Light sweet with just a hint of bitter in the finish. Light and crisp feel. Meh.
