(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, orangey - almost no head, but lots of carbonation - typically Uberach. Sweetish honey aroma. But no real traces of honey in the flavour. Actually this hasn’t much flavour at all. A bit of bitterness in the finish, and then nothing more. Quite disappointing. 160403

(Bottle 50 cl) Reddish amber with a fizzy, quickly collapsing head. Weak aroma of strawberries. And very, very flowery, but still fresh and dry. Wonder what the brewmaster added to this. Very unique and quite excellent. According to the label this beer should contain an aphrodisiac. Damm, I had it alone.... 290303

(Bottle 50 cl) Very dark brown with a weak, reddish tint. Small head but high in carbonation. Sediment at the bottom. Quite smoked notes in the malt with some sweetness and almost no bitterness. Quite an unusual brew for France. 220103

(Bottle 50 cl) A pumpkin beer is a first for me, but I can see they’re quite common in th US. Hazy, orangey (pumpkin coloured....) golden with a fizzy head that flattens quickly. Dry and soft with a distinct sweetness. Has some notes of wheat and is cleary Belgian inspired. 170702

Bottled. Muddy orange, no head. Fruity, very rich aroma with honey and cinnamon. It’s juicy and malty, has some vanilla, plus lots of cinnamon. The sweetess is not overwhelming. When warm the spices play an even more prominent role. A very unusual beer, not very beer like but I really like it.

An unclear brown beer with a small head when served cold, but no when warm. The aroma contains cinnamon and honey. The flavor is very sweet with notes of oranges and cinnamon, very smooth drinkable. I like it better hot than cold - I belive this would be good after a cold day of skiing.

Muddy amber color. Some herbal aroma, with light honey and spices. Sweet, simple to drink, but pleasant as digestive after a cold outing (warm). Better warm than cold.

Amber color. Strange aroma: some malt, metallic, some esters, maybe spices… Reasonable body structure, some sweetness and malt, correctly balanced by the bitterness; some yeast fruitness typical of (bottled) Ales.

Dark cloudy beer with a little head, the aroma is strawberry like, and the flavour is light and fruity. Overall a good fruity beer.

Cloudy looking beer rather like a wheat beer. The aroma is sweet and slighlty citric and the flavour is citirc and slightly dry. Overall a refreshing wheat beer like beer.
