Bottled. Amber colour, wildly gushing lively head. Fruity canteloupe aroma. Dry with light body and clean, rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Fruity with mild peach and canteloupe. Slight bitterness. Quite charming and laid back, but with out of control bottle conditioning.

0.5l bottle from strasbourg biere import. pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a small white head and some lacing. aroma of fruity belgian yeast, grass, banana. fizzy carbonation. bio version of "uberach blonde", almost identical, maybe just a tick lighter, less doughy and sweet.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body under a small off-white head. The aroma is weak, mostly on the fruity side, with some orange and hints of cinnamon. It’s medium to full-bodied, smooth and with a decent bitterness. The flavor is more on the orange side than the aroma, with that same cinnamon touch. Long finish. A decent beer, but rather boring I think. 160102
