0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 5/25, 12.5.2027. Clear golden beer with huge and thick, cloudy white head. Aroma is yeast, citrusy fruits and malts. Flavor is yeast, grain, malts and herbs. Crispy, tasty and easy to drink. Extremely enjoyable.

Bue au Bier-bier à Helsinki à prix d’or : 10,80 € les 40 cl. Robe dorée limpide, mousse blanche moyenne, tenue correcte. Nez discret, sur le malt clair avec une pointe de caramel et un soupçon d’herbe fraîche. En bouche, l’attaque est légère, dominée par des notes herbacées un peu rêches, fond malté sans éclat. Amertume présente mais sans grande finesse. Corps moyen. On cherche le côté houblonné et aromatique d’une vraie session IPA, mais l’ensemble évoque plutôt une lager un peu amère. Pas désagréable, mais franchement oubliable.
