Dorée, col blanc épais et tenace.
Arôme au nez malté, pils, grains concassé bien rendu, houblonné noble sur notes terreuses, fleuries.
Palais est léger, crisp, malt pils, houblonné modéré - aspect biologique frais, fleuri finement fruité. Sec sur la fin.

Arôme au nez fin malté, pâle, petite note de caramel avec un rétro plaisant de pin/sève de sapin, forêt.
Palais est malté pâle, caramel, spruce, bourgeon, sapin, petite note agrumes.
Légère et facile à boire.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 09/2020, from the brewery, 20191109) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, banana and lightly smoke. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana, fruitiness, spiciness, clove, malts, lightly smoke and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A pleasantly spicy but too sweet brew.

Murky brown colour, small off-white head. Light banana, grain, yeast in the nose, can't trace much of smoke. Light-bodied. Also in the flavour smoke is very faint. Yeasty, a bit grainy, light banana. Watery finish. Below average one from B Helsinki.

A light brown beer, a head medium adn blond. Aroma has wheat, light and dry smokyness, some fruitness. Taste has wheat, spicyness, mild smoke. Medium bodied. Keeps the freshness of wheat, nice.
