Pours amber colour – darker than saisons usually. Aroma has saison yeast, some fruits and cereal-like malt. Flavour has fruity notes, cereal-like malt and some caramel. A bit unusual; a saison on the malty side. Enjoyable.

A coppery beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has earthyness, fruitness is slightly overriped. Taste has banana, (over)riped fruitness, some spicyness and sourness. Medium bodied. Boring, the good saison is fresh and joyful, this beer isn't.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, lots of roasted malts, dark chocolate, bit dusty, alcoholic touch, very promising smell. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice roast up front, bitter, bit hoppy, coffee grit, pretty good one!

Clear pale yellow beer, small to no head. Aroma: dirty, weird, infected, not so good, quite some sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, nice acidity, very fruity, some ripe banana, not too bad. Aftertaste: little bitter, some dried fruits, raisins, soft bitterness, lingering sweetness, some dry tannins in the finish.

MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, bit oxidized, some honey, orange peel, very bitter, grapefruit, little watery. Aftertaste: some citrus, rather soapy bitterness.

Taste: pretty metallic start, unpleasant bitterness, very malty, hay, cow fodder, where's my damn Citra?? Aftertaste: very buttery, bit of a chemical bitterness, metallic. Not good, not good at all.
