Description
In Vahl-lès-Bénestroff, La Grenouille Assoiffée was born out of Caroline and Jean-Marc's desire to make beer.
The two craft brewers then tried more and more to achieve the desired result: a beer with complex flavors, contained bitterness, and a tasting that arouses the taste buds. One of the secrets of this good beer: the exclusive use of French products: water from Vahl-lès-Bénestroff, barley and wheat malt, hops, a little yeast and sugar.
Our production tool is built around a 500-liter SPEIDEL brewing tank that supplies three fermenters of 1000 liters each. A sugaring tank completes the large stainless steel equipment. Obviously we have food safety certificates for these materials. The whole is implemented in a 200 m2 building built in 2015-2016 and which includes a bottling / maturation room isolated from the brewery laboratory.

Metallisch-komischer Geruch. Sehr süßlich-neutraler Antrunk. Brauner Zucker, kein Tiefgang, ziemlich wenig Nachgeschmack. Ein Hauch Säure, viel brauner Zucker, kaum Herbe.... Übelst!

*Neutral-süßliches, nicht tiefes Bier. Komische süßlich-neutrale Note, ein Hauch Gewürze, kaum Herbe, neutral-süß. Schade.
