Sample @ SBWF. Very refreshing beer. Nice bready maltiness. The lingonberries are there without taking over too much.Nicley balanced beer. Sent my thoughts to the scandinavian forrest.

On tap at SBWF 2011. Slightly hazy golden with a medium white head. Light with a taste that reminded of an ordinary lager but with some notes of berries. I did not feel any cranberries in the aroma.

Draft @ Saliga Munken, Norrköping. Pours a slightly hazy pale Golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity hoppy citrus finish.

Sweet, sugary, malty, sugary, spicy scent. Malty, sweet, phenolic taste. Dry, slight acidic, grainy aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Moussy yet full mouthfeel. Some ripe banana. 50cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff. Cuivre, beige. Arôme e fruits noirs, sucré allant vers la date, figue, touche de malt grillé. Bière avec levure belge, fruits noirs; aussi de date, figue et prune, sucre candi houblon léger, douce au fini avec un petit fini mielleux. Garde un petit profile malté caramel, toffee.

Arôme de pamplemousse et autres agrumes.En bouche, amertume fruitée et herbacée qui est vraiment délicieuse mettant bien en avant des agrumes; pamplemousse, orange/écorce, citron, malt reste présent et en retrait laissant ample place aux fruits pour briller.

50cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff. Dorée avec une légère brume, col épais blanc. Arôme est doux allant vers le maïs avec en retrait un peu de citron. Bière référencée en tant que lager qui pour moi rappelait plus un style belge avec toujours ce profile doux sucré-maïs allant sur une hybride de blanche. Houblon zélandais possible avec une pointe de APA et levure belge ajoutant un peu d’épice. Reste néanmoins agréable à boire.
