On tap at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, September 2010. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Plesant aroma of malt, cookies and some hops. The same in the taste. A very good Oktoberfestbier, propably the best I have enjoyed. Good work!

Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Clear amber, creamy head. Buttery malt with grassy hops atop. Soft, deep and firm malt forms a medum sized body. Creamy and gentle, yet solid. Perfectly balanced grassy spicy bitterness. Absolutely superb malt character, I thought it took something like 500 years of experience to achieve this... Hats off!

Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Almost clear golden, small head. Mild floral hop aroma. Mid sweet with grainy malt forming a mid sized body with crisp mouthfeel. Well balanced and nicely drinkable. Similarin style to the prototypic Swedish microbrew Lundgrens Lager (RIP!) A promising start for this new brewer!
