9/2/2019. Cask at the 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, biscuit and soap. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Watery, odd finish. Promised a lot but failed to deliver, as did the beer.

Light brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are typical of the old style English Bitter. Slight nutty malt. Otherwise light bodied and easy to drink with a little floral bitterness.
