Aged sample Small head, reduced to rim; low carbonation in copper beer. Oxydated cookies, malt cookies, old malt, bit gassy. Sweet malts, cookie malts, bit of toast. Generally sweet with little depth, and little hops. Light but pretty slick; low carbonation. Too little hops for an APA, even aged. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Dark brown color, light brown foam. Aroma: caramel, slightly sour, slightly creamy, a little dried fruit and prunes. Taste: caramel, a little sour milk, light hop bitterness.
