Lemon, acidic, grainy taste. Minty, green, leafy, herbal, chlorofyl scent. Bitter, a bit sweet, brett, light acidic taste. Intense pith aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very high bitterness.6/2/3/2/6=1.9

Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2013, on September 26 (Thursday). From the South Plains stand.Dark brown color, light brown head. Sweet, hoppy, fruity scent. Bitter, alcohol, hoppy, resin taste. Bitter, resin, alcohol aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very high bitterness.Too hoppy for me, not bad though.

Draught at SBWF. Hazy dark brown, small head. Aroma of apple and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Rather messy with syrup, apples and caramel. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Pitch black, coarse head. Tart woody nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Tart whiskey barrel and some licorice. Salty finish.

Draught at SBWF. Hazy amber, small head. Cardamom aroma with some lemon. Sweetish with intense spices and lemon. Low bitterness. Unclean I’m afraid.

Bottled (thanks omhper). Turned out to be a bigtime gusher. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is ashes, ripe dark fruits, some slight tart wooden notes. Flavour is mild tart wood, dark fruits, nuts and some herbal notes. Wellbalanced as such, but spritzy carbonation. Also has some mild toasted and liquoricelike not-too-sweet notes in the finish.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Dark brown in colour. Dried fruit, pine and caramel in the aroma. Fruity taste with caramel, nuts and pine in the taste. There is a warming sensation in the finish.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Amber in colour. Peach, pine and perfumed soap in the aroma. Hoppy, bitter and fruity taste with peach, grapefruit and apricot detected.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Golden with a foamy head. Yeast, spice and lemon in the aroma. Lemon, yeast, spice and grapefruit in the taste. Almost like a tripel.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Black with a tan head. Aroma and taste of hops, fruit, caramel but also notes of vegetables that disturbed the experience. Also notes of alcohol in the finish.
