The beer poured almost black in color.
Chocolate and toffee candy in aroma. Very sweet flavors of milk chocolate and fudge. Peculiar. Bit on the sweeter side for me.

Very slightly hazy pale gold with a frothy white head and a soft citrus hop aroma. Fresh and fizzy, mellow caramel malt, citrus bitterness, a touch of pine and a dry bitter finish.

440ml can. Jet black colour with huge, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, brown head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and minimally spicy aroma, notes of mocha, dark chocolate, a touch of vanilla, fudge, dry cocoa. Taste is roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and slightly spicy, notes of mocha, dark chocolate, some cocoa and vanilla; less mocha, more vanilla in the finish.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, very dense, creamy carbonation.
Well crafted, excellent mouthfeel, a tad too much vanilla for my (very) personal liking - really good.

Can from Beerdome. Vanilla, fudge, hazelnut, dark malt and some roast. Medium sweet, light bitter. Candied with vanilla fudge, but a bit thin at 6%.

440ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, dense, creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty and slightly nutty aroma, notes of hazelnut, fudge, some chocolate, cocoa. Taste is slightly roasty and chocolately, dark malty, nutty and mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, notes of hazelnut, some white coffee, hazelnut flavoured coffee, fudge.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, very dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Lots of hazelnut, a tad monotonous - OK.
