Sample at the taproom. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, mild floral hops and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hop and fruit aftertaste. Average overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Tropical fruit, floral hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, grassy hop and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, grassy hop and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Nice appearance with a foamy frothy cream colored long lasting head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit citric hops and a little bit of malt and Spice. Flavor is really good with slightly dry more bitter than sweet up front and a juicy slightly Tangy and sweet finish. Great body delicious beer. Wish I had more.

On tap at Sycamore Den, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted coconut and light toasted malt. Flavour is loaded with toasted coconut upfront, with medium roasted malt and dark cocoa. Smooth coconut makes this very nice. Excellent.
