Taste comprises charr, chocolate, leather, dark fruit rinds, spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light barrel trace. Ok BA impy, not too heavy, drinks below ABV.

Keg at the brewpub, 15/11/14. Clear reddish amber with a well appointed beige covering. Nose is caramel, light spice, floral notes, toffee. Taste comprises sweet malt, Caramac bar, spice, candied fruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok, touch one trick and overly sweet, lacks overall balance.

Keg at the brewpub, North Park SD, 15/11/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderte off white cap. Nose is pine, grapefruit, light spice, bitter citric fumes. Taste comprises sweet licks, pine needle, apricot, orange pith, red grapefruit, punchy mango flesh. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough DIPA - enjoyed this one.

[2/21/15] Draught at Winter Brew Fest 2015 in San Diego. Clear golden. Aroma of fruity and piney hops. Flavor has some malt sweetness, piney and fruity hops, mild bitterness and an alcoholic note. Medium-bodied. Nice.

[2/21/15] Draught at Winter Brew Fest 2015 in San Diego. Dark brown to black with a light brown head. Nice aroma of chocolate and coconut. Sweetish flavor with some chocolate and coconut. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Taste comprises caramel, more Belgian yeast esterage, vanilla, citric rind, light spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Genereic Belgian affair, drinkable but forgettable.

Taste comprises light spice, toffee, subtle bourbon, yeast esters, dark fruit rinds, dates. Medium + body, fine carbonation, lightly warming boose in a woody spiced close. Ok drinkable offering but lacks depth ABV considered.
