Can. Pours black with a chestnut brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strong dark grains and tobacco with roasted malts and a bit of bitter coffee underlying. Flavor has bitter dark grains and roasted malts with some molasses, coffee and tobacco backing.

500mL can. Big and stouty but not too big. Aroma has lots of dry alcohol/spirit and black malts. Flavor is light dry ash, no sweet but boozy. Interesting balance of dry and alcohol for a stout. It was late in the evening for this beer, so I may have been generous with the rating. 83835

Horse blanket, grapefruit, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large white head. Minimally sweet grapefruit juice/light biscuit malt, mildly sour/bitter Brett and hay flavor. Light body. Pleasant - nice Brett presence.

Tasting at Brian's, can
Murky pale blond colour. Powerful aroma of lemon peel. Smooth, dry, too chalky, with good lemon peel hoppong, and some citrus peel bitterness in the final.
Good.

Cloudy and yellow. Not much head. On the nose, this has a lot of weed, but also maybe a touch of gooseberry. There's a fair bit of bitterness, but also that harsh lupy powder character. And the finish is thin. But the hop aroma and flavour are assertive and decent. Not super complex, but decent.

Tall can (thx, Connor G.!) at Brian's. Pours a cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma is bitter tropical fruits. Taste is similar with dusty notes. Quite good.

Cloudy and pale. Danky sort of lupy powder aroma. Has a nice kiss of pale malt, decent bitterness, and a hop dank sort of hop character.

Tall can (thx, Connor G.!) at Brian's. Pours a cloudy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is tropical fruits with toothpaste freshness. Similar taste. Pretty good.
