Raspberry forward nose, light malt and grass. Bone dry on the palate, hay, mineral and more raspberry skin. Lingering raspberry...very dry.

Can from Wine Tree East. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely grassy nose with lemon and fresh flowers. Mineral-forward palate, with more grass, lemon zest and floral notes. Peppery rye finish. I love these straight-forward French/ Belgian table beers that Central State does. Winner. --- Beer merged from original tick of Evicted on 28 Dec 2017 at 16:18 - Score: 7. Original review text: Lovely grassy nose with lemon and fresh flowers. Mi real-forward palate, with more grass, lemon zest and floral notes. Peppery rye finish.

Can from Wine Tree East. Pours a clear deep gold to light amber with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Earthy and mineral forward nose, some grass in there as well. Dry and earthy on the palate, some horseblanket as it warms. Dry finish with some peppercorn notes that linger. Nice table beer. --- Beer merged from original tick of Table Beer on 19 Nov 2016 at 20:31 - Score: 6

Sample on tap at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a bright, hazy yellow, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is grapefruit juice, light pine, pineapple, and white sugar. Sweet and very citrusy. Light bitterness. Light to medium body, with a very acidic, almost pulpy mouthfeel. This is a really nice, juicy IPA.
