Crazy clear and beautiful purple/violet/magenta coloured body with almost no head at all (a centimetre of a pure white head shows up and fades very quickly afterwards) with some odd glows from the yeast when poured out entirely from the can. Aroma of grass, flowers, herbal graininess with a dose of tart berries towards the end - but this is very drying and incredibly floral. Light-bodied; Strong grassy, hay and lightly yeastie flavours show at first with a touch of tart fruits, some berries, a dose of lemons and citrus (in terms of acidity) and ending with a soft sweetness which sticks out from the tart and fruity nature at the end. Aftertaste shows the fruits, the grassy and herbal qualities and ends with some sweetness from caster sugar and a light tart funk that shows almost a kettling sourness instead of the light beries. Overall, a nice and enjoyable beer that almost hits more as a cider because of the light body than a beer, but this is interesting and complex, even as a thin product. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Greenville Beer Exchange in Greenville, South Carolina on 31-May-2018 for US$4,29 sampled almost a year later on 25-April-2019 at home in Washington.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/13/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/amber color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big blood orange juice, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical earthy hops, blood oranges, moderate lactose, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big blood orange juice, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Lingering notes of blood orange juice, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical earthy hops, blood oranges, moderate lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with mild lingering hop/fruit astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering hop/citrus bitterness after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky/resinous/rindy, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is good. More resinous/drying than expected, but not overwhelming. Minimal warming alcohol for 5.6%. Overall this is a very nice fruited milkshake NEIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical earthy hops, blood oranges, moderate lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, despite the increasingly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Great Citra/Simcoe profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops/fruit; with a nice balancing lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and nice style example. Was hoping for more lactose sweetness to bump up the body for the ABV.

Can, from City Hops. Pours cloudy pale yellow with large foamy white head, sweet hay aroma, faint vanilla, medium carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with light earthy flavor, thin body, long finish with earthy aftertaste. Nice brew.

Sample at Bob's Bar. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of piney hops, grass, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter and slightly creamy with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pour is a murky yellow with some green tint and a large white head. Aroma is grapefruit with some red berry hops. Flavor is dry and mouthfeel is thick with more berry and citrus hops and very little bitterness. Decent beer with nothing over the top happening.

16oz can - this is a fantastic saison - crisp and awesome mouth feel. Really good.

16oz can thanks to Steveoj pours out pale pink color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is lime cranberries tart notes and some sweetness. Taste is more of the berries lime tart notes.

Tap at Sidedoor. End of the keg. Really solid balance. Bitter, not juicy. Lots of depth. Rather intense fruity tone. Pineapple, bitter rind. Good.

Pour is a midnight black with a large mocha tan head. Aroma is some brown sugar and molasses with some char malt. Flavor is some char malt, dark bakers chocolate and a decent roasted malt left on the tongue. A little thin, no alcohol is felt and this is definitely on the sweeter side for a Impy stout.

16 oz can from Tavour. Dark pink pour witb fizzy head. Yhe salt comed through in the aroma, pairing nicely with the tart cranberry and lime. Initial burst of tartness at first taste, which fades quickly, leaving traces of lime and a dry mouth.
