Smell of yeast, some raw fruit, a faint of banana. Muddy beige colour, white head. Aroma of raw banana, yeast, wheat, some faint floral and peppery notes. Light body. Plentiful carbon. Nice light weizen.

This beer based on Brewlab #4 series and this is the final beer from that experimental series. #4B was hopped with Motueka which is the same this beer. Same or different beer, I don't know? A light orange beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, mango, papaiya. Taste has grapefruit, mango, medium bitterness, some grain. Medium bodied. Good beer, there are some grain which I didn't mention in my earlier #4B rating, so maybe some fine tuning has been made.

A golden and murky beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has wheat, earthy herbs and light citrus. Taste has wheat, light herbal notes and citrus, also some bitterness. Medium bodied. Not so aromatic as #8A with american hops, obviously I'm not surprised. This is also pretty nice.

A slightly brown-yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, fruitness of banana, some spicyness. Taste has wheat, fruitness, banana, some spicyness, flowers and sourness, also some bitterness. Medium bodied. This was an interesting test to compare this to version #7A, which is New Zealand yeast version. Weihenstephaner rules, which is not a surprise, Weihenstephaner hefe my favourite hefe. This has more delicious and complex fruitness than in #7A. This is actually very good hefe.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 10/2021, from Pikkulintu, 20210409) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, grain, metal and some boiled vegetables. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts, herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, herbal and bitter. A grassy brew with some off notes.

ABV: 5.3%. Clear light to medium pink yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, herbal, hibiscus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, flowers - perfume, sweet berries, sugary, yeast, herbs, raspberry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210331]

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black, mid sized creamy head. Aroma of nutty coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee with cream and sugar. Low bitterness. Nice Coffee flavour, but too milky.
