Picked up on the Sweden trip and drunk at home on Easter Monday. Cloudy orange with a foamy head. Aroma is deeply yeasty with pineapple and toffee overtones. Taste is mildly bitter on a sweet, malty base. Lingering banana and spice over a faintly acidic, pineapple-like finish. Medium bodied, chewy, prickly carbonation. Good one.

Keg at Horse and Hound, Linköping. Appletizer aroma. Mahogany look. Flat. Cherry ending. Extremely watery for the style..but it grew on me!

Bottle from Vadstena Klosterhotell, Vadstena. This did everything you would want from a Belgian tripel. It started off feeling a bit light - a trend in the Vreta beers I tasted this week- , but of course the abv kicks in and it all is forgotten before long.

Flaska från SB. Mörkt bärnstensfärgad disig vätska med lågt skum. Trappistvibbar med söt, maltig och fruktig alkoholkryddig smak. Bra balans och redan utveckladecsmaker med potential att bli riktigt bra. Marsipan, söta päron, karamelliserat socker och lite kryddig sötlakrits. Gott
