Riktigt snygg i glaset med sin höga skumkrona över en lite kladdig, disig bärnstensfärgad vätska. Doft av löv, örter, jäst och äppelkompott. Otroligt besk. Skulle jag namngett den hade det blivit xxxxx med en blinkning till Rankes klassiker. Jästen har en lite oren ton och beskan är väl dominerande. Men wow vilken käftsmäll.
