Lys brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter blomster, noe sitrusskall og smør. Lett. Bitter. Smaker druestein, blomsterstilk og belgisk gjær, som jeg ikke får til å stemme i en IPA. Lang bitter.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Sep 2024) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with peaches, bread and herbs. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, peaches, mixed fruit, coriander and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Fruity, malty taste with notes of white bread, dough, grass, hay, coriander and banana. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Nice one.

Malty, hoppy taste with bread, peaches, grapefruit and a generous herbal/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and tasty, with a good Belgian touch. Nice one.

Nice tasty beer. Unclear deep golden pour and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Tad rich carbonation level. Malty, fruity, hoppy and Belgian yeast in the flavor [Bottle from Espen]

Many thanks for this kloster beer from Sweden to mr Marek. No to mamy Szwedzi i klasztor katolicki, cos tu nie pasuje, tym bardziej zabawne i cieszy etykieta z zakonnicami. Piwo smaczne typowo klasztorne, belgijski styl doskonale odtworzony, piana spora i trwala, zlociste ze spora metnoscia i slodowoscia jak i rowniez z subtelnym nachmieleniem

Flaska från SB. Ca ett år gammal. Bärnstensfärgad kladdig vätska med lågt skum. Stor söt kropp, honung, torkad frukt, vanan, päron, marsipan, värmande alkohol, pepprig beska. Helt ok men lite rå och outvecklad. Gott
